When You Arrive
When you arrive, a veterinary technician meets with you to gather important information about the nature of your pet's emergency. We then perform an emergency evaluation to diagnose the issue and develop a treatment plan. Once this is done, we provide all of the information you need to make the right choice for your pet. This includes an estimate of our fees.

DURING AN EMERGENCY
During an Emergency the most important thing to remember during an emergency is to remain calm. If an emergency occurs during business hours, telephone your veterinarian for recommendations. If
it is after hours or on a holiday, call us at 910-455-3838. Our trained and caring staff may be able to help over the phone. If it becomes necessary to transport your sick pet, do so carefully. Keep your pet warm and quiet. Remember that even your pet may bite when he/she is in pain.
